Service Provision Conditions

  • There are no limits on the number of rapid response calls.*1
  • In case of an incident, we will typically arrive within 4 hours.
  • If we are unable to respond within 2 business days, we will refund one month’s service fee.
  • Helpdesk and rapid response services are available Monday to Friday (excluding Thai public holidays) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • The minimum contract term is 6 months.
  • Service inquiries are limited to incident response only. Support for general PC or application usage is outside the scope of this service.
  • For questions or requests unrelated to incident response, please contact your sales representative.
  • In cases where our responsibility causes damage to the client, compensation will be limited to a maximum of one month’s service fee.
  • While we guarantee the response level of our rapid response service, we cannot guarantee issue resolution (for example, situations requiring part replacement or cases due to internet connectivity issues may not be immediately resolvable).
